America in Tatters, 2016. That's not what you said in Nov. 2008. You said Obama's election meant, "Everything's okay now, we have our country back, we can sleep safe and sound"

In November 2008 US media assured us that Obama's election meant "we have our country back," now we can sleep "safe and sound." No suggestion of blood in the streets coincident with endless incitement of hatred by the White House. No suggestion of "America in Tatters."

New Yorker Magazine 11/17/2008 cover after Obama's election judged #1 magazine cover of the year by's, "Top Ten Magazine Covers of 2008:

"It whispers to the reader (the tribe): "Everything's okay now — we have our country back."

11/17/2008, cover

"Why is the cover great? It doesn't do a victory dance. Rather, it whispers to the reader (the tribe):

"Everything's okay now — we have our country back." It's set at night, a time when creepy things happen, but also a time when people sleep, safe and sound. It is beautifully rendered. Simply spectacular....The cover...ran immediately after the presidential election. The illustration by Bob Staake shows the moon cleverly hollowed out to form the O in the magazine's name — and in the president-elect's — casting its glow over the Lincoln Memorial."...

Added: Media "tribe" member, George Soros, gleefully predicts blood in American streets. Not only is Soros not locked up, he continues to be worshiped:

Yes, yes, yes: Jan. 2012, George Soros gleefully predicts blood in American streets

"Yes, yes, yes,” he (Soros) says, almost gleefully, predicting riots on US streets, which will be an excuse for strong arm tactics constraining individual liberty, "a break with the tradition of the United States."-Newsweek, Jan. 2012

1/23/2012, "George Soros on the Coming U.S. Class War,", John Arlidge

"You know George Soros. He’s the investor’s investor—the man who still holds the record for making more money in a single day’s trading than anyone. He pocketed $1 billion betting against the British pound on “Black Wednesday” in 1992, when sterling lost 20 percent of its value in less than 24 hours and crashed out of the European exchange-rate mechanism. No wonder Brits call him, with a mix of awe and annoyance, “the man who broke the Bank of England.”...

Occupy Wall Street...will grow. It has “put on the agenda issues that the institutional left has failed to put on the agenda for a quarter of a century.” [Soros says]...(parag. 16)

As anger rises, riots on the streets of American cities are inevitable.

Yes, yes, yes,” he says, almost gleefully. The response to the unrest could be more damaging than the violence itself. It will be an excuse for cracking down and using strong-arm tactics to maintain law and order, which, carried to an extreme, could bring about a repressive political system, a society where individual liberty is much more constrained, which would be a break with the tradition of the United States.”"...
(parag. 17, 4th parag. from end)

Added: More blood! Yes, Yes, Yes!!!

"By all appearances, Soros is conspiring against humanity and is hell-bent on the destruction of Western democracies....What I find most interesting about Soros is that he is so obvious in his intentions and persistent in their pursuit."...
