Hacking Hillary began coughing uncontrollably less than 30 seconds into her Cleveland appearance on Sept. 5. Addressing people on her plane the same day, she had another coughing fit and had to stop speaking. The Hacker was just using up time talking about Trump anyway. (Soros better think of something quick)
