Soros spent two years planning the 2014 US violent overthrow of Ukraine’s elected government. Post coup he has run US policy on Ukraine:

Soros is a convicted felon for insider trading involving a French bank in 1988. His conviction was upheld in three appeals: 2002 in France, 2011 in European Court of Human Rights, and 2012, when the Grand Chamber of the Human Rights Court declined to hear his appeal.
