To Richard Black and the BBC, What are religious, political, and cultural affiliations of Mike Mann? Why have you not listed them before?

Did Richard Black, the BBC, or David Cameron examine railroad expert Pachauri's religious and cultural beliefs, for example why are so many people in his country without toilets such that women who go out to relieve themselves in the outdoors at night are raped? Did the BBC highlight that UN climate boss Pachauri wrote a sex novel while he was busy not seeing that his people even had toilets so they wouldn't be raped?
