NBC Bay Area calls them an “alt right” group. The free speech group cancelled their original rally after politicians like SF Mayor and Nancy Pelosi said the event might be violent and their warnings were publicized by media. A few speakers assembled at a smaller location to state their feelings after being falsely condemned as hate group by powerful politicians. Multiple speakers mention the group being labeled Neo-Nazi, White Supremicist, hate speech.
