From Hockey Schtick: "Another tenet of AGW theory bites the dust in the face of real-world data: AGW theory proposes that increased CO2 levels lead to increased water vapor in the atmosphere (despite empirical data which shows the opposite) and therefore supposedly lead to increased rainfall in most regions. A paper published today in the Nature Climate Change February 2012 edition studied rainfall over the Indian subcontinent 1813-2006 and finds rainfall has decreased since the 1930s as CO2 emissions markedly increased with industrialization. The data instead shows a natural, cyclical variability in mean annual rainfall that peaked in the 1870s and 1930s
- with absolutely no correlation to levels of CO2."
Following are graphs and some pages from the article (versions at Hockey Schtick can be seen in somewhat larger format). (The publication is subscription and fees).

Ed. note: It's shown again that an increase in CO2 does not cause extreme weather events or climate refugees. The "too big to fail" multi-trillion dollar climate industry can't say this out loud. People all over the world have been told that enslaved, broke, middle class US workers will soon turn over vast amounts of cash to them, that the US has a "historic responsibility" to do so. Many waiting for this cash "transfer" aren't even the world's poor but are hedge fund billionaires, Goldman Sachs, and others who thought this whole thing up long before anyone heard of "climate scientists." I fully expect President Mitt Romney (former hedge fund guy), the executive who sued the US government to force it to declare CO2 a dangerous substance, will get this done. He will make Bush, Obama, Soros et al. look like amateurs. Perhaps Al Gore will be his 'Climate Czar.'
